The Class by Taryn Toomey
The Class is a transformative workout of the body and mind. There’s nothing quite like it and I was hooked from the first time I tried it. With a combination of simple, repetitive calisthenics and plyometrics, partipants challenge the body to engage with the mind. With guided instruction and powerful music, The Class invites students to witness their resistance to discomfort.

MOVR app
What I love most about this app is that it is focused on helping you function at an optimal level. When you download the app it takes you through a brief assessment and then prescribes you exercises based on your results. You identify your goals and you get a customized plan based on what your body needs.

Cosmic Kids Yoga
Great 15-25 minute yoga sessions perfect for your little ones. My kids love these fun, interactive sessions that introduce them to a variety of postures with the help of animation and storytelling.

We hope these platforms help you stay committed to moving your body at a time when it needs it most. This isn’t about what your body looks like. It’s about how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally during a pretty intense time.
