Is Sober-ish Even A Thing?
Whether you’re doing dry January or carrying on with drinking as per usual, “to drink or not to drink” is a question that everyone seems to be asking in 2023. Even Gary Vaynerchuk, who is well known for his success in growing his family wine business, recently noted, “the mocktail biz is about to explode”. Health Canada just released a statement recommending adults consume no more than two alcoholic beverages per week, due to the increased risk of disease.
In this episode, Erin shares her personal experience re-introducing alcohol back into the fold after 1.5 years sober. Will alcohol trigger more anxiety?
