here's the thing...

Not that long ago, I was in the exact same place as you.

I still remember how uncomfortable I felt after overeating/binging  something I'd previously told myself I wasn't allowed. I would panic and tell myself I had to exercise more the next day and stick to foods on my "good" list...only to find myself binging in shame that evening. The cycle just kept repeating and I truly believed it was because I was doing something wrong. "I just have to be more disciplined I would tell myself." The more I tried to get things under control the more they spiralled out of control.

Restricting food then overeating, unhappy with my body and feeling trapped in an exhausting cycle. 

It wasn't until I started working with a life coach myself that everything changed.  I'd done therapy, I'd worked with a nutritionist but this was the missing piece.  We got clear on the woman I wanted to be and started making choices aligned with that.  Since then I've done my own coaching trainings, partnered with intuitive eating dietitians, body image psychologists and doctors to create my own programs.

And they really work! 

Heal your relationship with food and learn a framework for eating that stops binge eating in its tracks.  We dive right in with tools you will start applying in week 1 including;
  • How to eat intuitively & use hunger and fullness cues to prompt eating. 
  • How to fuel for energy while still leaving room to eat for connection, convenience and pleasure too. 
  • Fuelling guidelines to help move your body out of the binge/restrict cycle.
  • Identify areas of your life that may be craving more nourishment (relationships, career, grief, rest etc.) 


Ready to re-imagine your relationship with exercise?  This segment of the course breaks down your current beliefs about exercise and mental barriers that may be taking the joy out of movement. Rooted in mindful movement, you will create and integrate a movement plan that gives you and your body exactly what you need to thrive.

We practice leaning into self love throughout the entire program however lessons on mindfulness, self compassion and stress reduction help deepen your ability to find a greater level of self acceptance.

This is where we dig deep to examine core beliefs, values and thought patterns that are holding you back.  We explore self sabotage, triggers and limiting beliefs, trading old operating patterns for a new and improved model.
