Erin is a health coach, speaker and 2x podcast host who helps highly driven, yet overwhelmed women regulate their nervous system so they can step into the next version of themselves. She has coached over 1000 women in her online program, “Food Freedom” and released The 21-Day Nervous System Reset with Dr. Michele Kambolis.
