Not that long ago, I was in the exact same place as you.

I still remember how uncomfortable I felt after overeating/binging  something I'd previously told myself I wasn't allowed. Then I would panic and tell myself I had to exercise more the next day and stick to foods on my "good" list. The cycle just kept repeating and I truly believed it was because I was doing something wrong. "I just have to be more disciplined I would tell myself." The more I tried to get things under control the more they spiralled out of control.

We begin by healing your relationship with food. We dive right in with tools you will start applying in week 1 including;
  • How to eat intuitively & use hunger and fullness cues to prompt eating. 
  • How to fuel for energy while still leaving room to eat for connection, convenience and pleasure too. 
  • Fuelling guidelines to help move your body out of the binge/restrict cycle.

Ready to re-imagine your relationship with exercise?  This segment of the course breaks down your current beliefs about exercise and mental barriers that may be taking the joy out of movement. Rooted in mindful movement, you will create and integrate a movement plan that gives you and your body exactly what you need to thrive.

We practice leaning into self love throughout the entire program however lessons on mindfulness, self compassion and stress reduction help deepen your ability to find a greater level of self acceptance.

This is where we dig deep to examine core beliefs, values and thought patterns that are holding you back.  We explore self sabotage, triggers and limiting beliefs, trading old operating patterns for a new and improved model.

Hey there!

I struggled too...

I spent most of my teens and early twenties struggling with disordered eating, severe anxiety, negative body image and a broken relationship with exercise (ie. I did it to make-up for the food I ate and to mold my body into societies ideal shape of the moment). It was exhausting and my obsession with counting calories took up so much mental space I couldn't thrive in any area of my life. 

It wasn't until I started working with a coach that things started to change.  I learned to eat intuitively, move mindfully and re-build trust with my body. As I healed, my life has unfolded in ways that younger Erin couldn't have dreamt of. I was told it would be unlikely I'd be able to have kids due to the damage I did to my body and now I have a beautiful boy and girl and a husband who loves me unconditionally.  Not only that, I have the honour of helping others just like me find their way too. 

As difficult as it feels right now, healing your relationship with binge eating, food and your body isn't rocket-science. I've done it myself and helped hundreds of others do the same.  You can too.


But i wasn't always this way...

Self Love Club is different because...

UNLIKE MOST HEALTH PROGRAMS there's no restriction, weighing or quick fixes here.

The natural survival mechanisms of our body are not designed to support food restriction. When we restrict (even if we’re just thinking about restricting) the body goes on high alert for food so we start thinking about it, craving it and usually eating more of it than we need.  If your body has felt impending restriction for a long time, it starts ignoring hunger and fullness cues and stores up on nourishment whenever it can.  It's actually trying to keep you safe believe it or not. 

The Self Love Club framework provides evidence-based guidelines that help your body learn to trust it will receive food again.  You may feel you have to have rules and rigidity around food to get things under control but trust me when I say that is only making things worse.

WE DON'T MAKE FOOD THE ENEMY.  IT'S NOT GOOD OR BAD AND IT CERTAINLY ISN'T THE PROBLEM.

That's right! Food isn’t actually the problem. Read that again. FOOD ISN’T THE PROBLEM. It’s simply the best solution you’ve come up with to help you deal with a problem (anything from every day work stress to a pandemic to past trauma) or difficult emotions. You can try to manipulate food as much as you want (ever tried clearing out your home of treats only to find yourself Door Dashing dessert from down the road?) but until you find coping strategies or heal the underlying issue you’re just placing a bandaid on a gaping wound.

Your eating habits and the foods you are choosing are a simply a symptom of  physiological and emotional imbalances that are asking for attention.  In the Raw Beauty Reset you are given the tools to tune in and address the underlying issues. 

WE believe wellness starts with mental wellbeing. 

Your mindset and specifically the beliefs you hold about yourself and the world are POWERFUL. What you believe you become. If you believe you are not enough, not worthy, not loveable, not likely to succeed or not disciplined enough you will subconsciously take actions to prove yourself right.…even if it’s the opposite of what you want. To create sustainable change we have to transform our limiting beliefs into new empowering ones through awareness, healing & action.

As you uplevel your belief system you’ll be amazed at how life starts to beautifully align.  That doesn't mean you won't be hit with roadblocks or hurdles but you'll have a greater capacity to handle what life gives you.

Having a Facebook is not necessary to participate in The Reset. You may consider setting up a temporary account for the duration of the program so that you get the support of the group but that’s totally up to you.

I want to do the program but I don’t know if I can afford it?

My question to you is this…what will it cost you NOT to attend? How much longer are you willing to stay where you are right now? When you make the shift away from emotional eating how will it impact your life? Is the price another excuse you’re making to keep yourself in your comfort zone? If I were to ask you to get super resourceful is there a way you could find the funds to make this investment in yourself? 

You get 8-weeks of transformation and lifetime access to our handouts, videos and tools for the cost of two therapy sessions. We also have a payment plan if smaller payments feel more manageable. 


I am recovering from an Eating Disorder. Is this program appropriate for me?

 If you are currently struggling with an eating disorder, severe anxiety or depression it is required that you book a consultation with Dr. Hillary McBride prior to joining the group to ensure it is appropriate for you. She has reviewed the program and will be able to determine if you are in a place to benefit from it.
