The key to a successful morning is starting the night before.
There are so many benefits to having a consistent evening routine, but it can be incredibly hard to implement one. Trust me, I know! Until recently, my nighttime routine was nonexistent. It was really starting to show the next day through fatigue, stress and just an overall sense that I hadn’t gotten the rest and rejuvenation that I needed the night before. I decided enough was enough – and now, after a few weeks of implementing an evening routine, I’m reaping the benefits.
Today I’ll talk you through a five step realistic, research-backed evening routine that will help you sleep better and feel more calm, not more overwhelmed. You deserve it!
