We are stepping behind the highlight reel of Kate Horsman and talking about how she overcame her struggles with an eating disorder and all the tools and education she’s collected to now help others do the same. A creative by nature, Kate is a registered holistic nutritionist and counsellor based out of Vancouver, BC. Her expertise in nutrition, counselling, plant-based science and mindfulness help her clients bridge the gap between mind and body.
Kate has worked with companies including Aritzia, lululemon and Microsoft and her work is praised far and wide, but I think one of the most fascinating parts of her story is the dark side she lived through in order to get to where she is today.
