With a number of certifications under her belt including nutrition, sports strength & conditioning, pre & post-natal, BOSU and TWIST Conditioning, Zehra’s company The FitNest has helped inspire thousands of women to feel more confident and strong in their own skin. Her teachings have been featured in Self, Women’s Health, and Shape magazine among others.
