5 Tips for Navigating Holiday Overwhelm & Anxiety

It’s the most wonderful time of the year….or at least it can be! 

I don’t know about you but I actually find the holidays to be a big mixing pot of emotions – stress, excitement, overwhelm, magic, financial pressure, beauty, anxiety – it all rises to the surface at this time of year giving us an incredible opportunity to see areas in our life where there is still space to grow, heal and feel a little bit deeper. 

I recorded this episode specifically for YOU if you are ;
