Meet Meg…
An author, athlete, advocate, mother and all-around bad ass, Meg went from being diet and weight loss-obsessed to a new mom with a new goal: to ditch the idea of intentional weight loss and never torture herself like that again. This journey lead to her blog, a passion for powerlifting, an a community of over 400K strong on Instagram. Her mission? To inspire women and mothers of all kinds, shapes, colors and sizes to find the strength and courage to embrace life, love endlessly, and live intentionally. How could you not press play?!
