5 steps to end the battle with food & your body

Meditation has been such a powerful tool for me throughout my wellness journey, helping me to practice staying objective and calm no matter what else is going on in my life. Whether it’s a body scan, vipassana meditation, mental rehearsal or guided meditation, you can find me on my cushion 4-5 times a week for a minimum of twenty minutes.
