Michele Kambolis 

Dr. Michele Kambolis is a therapist, acclaimed author and writer, and an unshakable believer in our capacity to self heal and thrive. She is wholeheartedly committed to developing evidenced based on-line and in-person resources to help you create the consciously healthy life you were born to live.

Erin Treloar 

Erin is a health coach and a life coach committed to helping people  step into their healthiest and most authentic selves. She has coached over 1000 women in her 12-week online program, “The Food and Body Reset” and recently release The Anxiety Toolkit with Dr. Michele Kambolis.  Her work has been featured in publications including Elle magazine, the LA Times and Marie Claire amongst others.  She is a public speaker on the topics of beauty, confidence and self love and a frequent contributor to Huffington Post, being named as one of HuffPo Canada’s Top 50 Bloggers.

    So beautiful and nourishing.
    I love all of the mediations offered but my favourite is the rehearsal for self love. It wasn’t what I was expecting at all. I was gently brought to a place of tears and built back up to a place of pure joy and ease, filled with hope. I will take the message from this mediation and hold it closely.
