From tomboy to model to mother, author and founder of Body by Finch, Rachael Finch has seen and done it all. As a child, she was always involved with sports and had Olympic dreams. At age 15, she entered a modelling competition which led to a career that took her around the world and resulted in a first-place finish at the Miss Universe Australia Competition.
Today, Rachael is a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and owner of online health and fitness program Body by Finch as well as an accompanying activewear line, B.O.D by Finch. She believes that in today’s society it’s more important than ever to nourish and nurture our minds and bodies, and encourages a wholesome, holisitic approach to everything health related throughout her various platforms.
