5 steps to end the battle with food & your body
We want every woman in the world to feel beautiful in her own skin so that she can spend her time and energy focused on the important things in life like landing a dream job, finding her passion and just being plain old HAPPY with herself!  At RAW we believe everything is possible and we are on a mission to spread beauty, confidence and self love from one girl to the next.

Show the world your most beautiful self by committing to the five RAW Beauty Rules below:

1. Recognize your own beauty

Hey, you’ve got to start somewhere!  Before you get out of bed each morning say 5 things that you love about yourself.  Make this a habit ESPECIALLY if you find it difficult and aim to be able to list 20 things that you love about yourself.  That’s not egotistical…it’s self love and it rocks.

2. Cut out “fat talk”

You know those conversations that you have with girlfriends where you discuss how much you have been eating and how little you’ve been working out?  Have you ever called yourself fat in front of someone else?  It’s time to stop that crap. Fat talk doesn’t help anyone and it puts a focus on your physical appearance instead of all that other cool stuff that’s going on in your brain.  It’s usually a way to get compliments (who doesn’t need to boost their ego sometimes?) but instead of looking for external reassurance be your own cheerleader and do a couple of high-kicks for yourself.

3. Practice self love

Treat your body, mind and spirit with respect girl! Eat well, drink water, try to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night and avoid consuming things that make your sugar levels spike (this puts you at risk for moodiness, depression, anxiety, breakouts and that awful feeling where you are never satisfied)!   Since most of us don’t have our mothers looking after us 24/7 we need to be our own mothers in a sense. Find that voice inside you that tells you to take care of yourself and then give yourself permission to listen to it.

4. Spread the love

Nothing feels better than giving someone an honest, heartfelt compliment.  Try dishing out a minimum of 3 compliments a day.  When you start acknowledging beautiful things about other people we can guarantee the positive messages you put out into the world will come right back to you.  Plus when you start focusing on the best of others it will literally change your view of the world.

5. Get RAW

Show the world (and yourself) that you are more than enough exactly as you are. Sure getting dressed up and finding the perfect shade of lipstick feels great but true inner confidence is unleashed when you accept yourself without all of that stuff.
