You Are More Than Your Chronic Illness with Nitika Chopra
Meet Nitika…
Diagnosed with a debilitating case of psoriasis at the age of 10 and with psoriatic arthritis at 19, Nitika experienced years of pain, insecurity and confusion as she battled depression alongside her diagnoses. Fast forward to today and her perspective has shifted – her life is now dedicated to those who are living with chronic illness. Through her podcast The Point of Pain and her company Chronicon, she inspires others to experience life to its fullest and to not be defined by conditions. Nitika takes us behind the highlight reel and gets raw about psoriasis, living with chronic illness, and shares tools for celebrating all that you are and finding your identity outside your diagnosis.
