Meet Michele Kambolis…

In this episode we are diving deep with therapist, mind-body medicine researcher and author, Michele Kambolis to talk all about anxiety.  Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health illnesses in the US and a 2017 Gallup report stated that, “Collectively, the world is more stressed, worried, sad and in pain today than we’ve ever seen it.”

Michele is the Clinical Director of Harbourside Counseling Centre and CHI Kids, a resource for children and families struggling with mental health concerns.  Her work has been featured in Today’s Parent, GOOP, Huffington Post and much more.

Everything Michele teaches is research-based and rooted in science but she is also a buddhist, and vegan who believes strongly in our ability to self-heal.  Michele has helped countless clients lead a more consciously healthy life through a combination of proven western and eastern practices making her truly one of a kind.
